Our vanilla is cultivated in the lush, high-elevation regions of Gampola, within the Kandy District, an area known for its ideal climate for spice cultivation. Grown primarily from Vanilla planifolia, Ceylon Vanilla develops a rich and complex flavour profile with creamy, floral notes, complemented by subtle hints of caramel, chocolate, and dried fruit.
Our beans are plump, oily, and naturally high in vanillin, consistently meeting international standards with:
- Moisture content above 25%
- Vanillin content above 1.5%
This ensures a premium product tailored for gourmet food manufacturers, chefs, and specialty buyers across Europe, the UK, and the USA.
Crafted by Hand
Perfected Over Time
Ceylon Vanilla is not mass-produced, it is carefully crafted. Every vanilla flower is hand-pollinated, and each bean undergoes a meticulous 3 to 5 month curing process to develop its signature aroma and flavour.
This artisanal process, combined with Sri Lanka’s natural advantages, results in what we proudly present as “Ceylon Premium Vanilla”, a product defined by quality, consistency, and authenticity.

- Cultivating vanilla on our own managed plantations
- Partnering with a dedicated network of vanilla farmers in the Gampola region, purchasing their harvest at fair and sustainable prices
